Fall Overseeding Special!

What is Overseeding?  After aerating, we will pour the over-seed mix into a spreader and disperse the seed across all grassy areas. With the plugs already pulled, the seed will have a place to settle and this will enhance the germination process. Along with water and fertilizer, the seed will have a better chance at thickening your turf areas. Will this process wave the magic wand and now you will have the best lawn in the neighborhood? The honest answer is “no”. This is not the way to look at over-seeding benefits. Completing the over-seeding process once per season is a good way to gradually thicken your lawn – and over time with the proper care, then you could have the nicest lawn in the neighborhood.
